Let’s cut the crap. You know you do it.

Everybody does it.

Some people do it waaaay more than others.

Self-doubt.

It’s the nemesis of everyone who has a dream, a goal, or a Point B.

It’s one thing to procrastinate because you’re uncomfortable doing something and delay a deadline. It’s an entirely different beast when it comes to hitting a brick wall on the road to reaching your goals in life and business.

Here’s the likely sequence of events:

  1. You create your life and career goals.
  2. You do the hard work of mapping out how to achieve them.
  3. You start down your path with adrenaline-filled excitement.
  4. You tackle some early hurdles and feel psyched.
  5. And then it happens…you reach an impasse that takes the wind completely out of your sails and leaves you stranded.

Staring longingly at the horizon but feeling it’s too far away and too difficult to get to; you feel stalled, overwhelmed, and full of self-doubt.

What to do?

Sometimes we all need some motivation to keep moving forward when we feel stuck and discouraged.

So do yourself a favor. Take a moment to ground yourself and then give your full attention to these words of wisdom that are sure to inspire and get you moving towards your life and career goals once again.

– Unknown

“Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds you plant.”

– Robert Louis Stevenson

– Jonatan Mårtensson

“Don’t wait for your feelings to change to take the action. Take the action and your feelings will change.”

– Barbara Baron

“Action may not always bring happiness; but there is no happiness without action.”

– Benjamin Disraeli
