Ever wondered why companies like Apple are able to BLOW their competitors away?
How they’re able to be so innovative and connect with their customers in such a way that they literally create a buying FRENZY every time they launch a new product––where there are LINES out the door CHOCK FULL of crazy loyal customers (like myself) who see it as necessity (not luxury) to get the latest version of a new iPhone or MacBookPro?
I’m FASCINATED by this stuff because it’s all about psychology.
It’s about leadership, clarity, and moving people to action.
It’s about standing head and shoulders above the crowd instead of having a “me too business”.
OF COURSE those topics interest me! I’m an entrepreneur and a coach. It’s my JOB to move people who need what I have toward ACTION––so they can GET the results they came to me looking for.

Okay, so WOW, huh?
Now I want to tie some things together for you so you GET how to implement this new AHA.
Remember a couple days ago when I sent out that email broadcast where I looked within my own community to find my next team members?
That was ON PURPOSE.
It was a direct implementation of the concepts you just learned in this video. I was very transparent and direct in my approach, careful to weed out the peeps who didn’t BELIEVE what I BELIEVE or have the DESIRE to be a part of this company and what it represents as much as (or even MORE SO than) they care about a little extra cash. Remember, as you learned in the video, both in HIRING your team and in enrolling new clients/customers into your programs, the goal is to find people whose personal beliefs compel them to be a part of what you’ve created, for THEIR sake, not YOURS.
Then they’ll be loyal for life. Then you’ll have a WIN-WIN. Then your company will achieve amazing feats (like creating the first flying machine) because your people will be vested in the company vision solely because it represents WHO they are and what they BELIEVE IN!
And you know what?
I got over 60 voice messages from people applying for the position I needed to fill. And the calls are STILL coming in.
Now I get to sort and sift through those to find the very best match for the internship.
Think that’ll make for a WIN-WIN, a loyal and heartfelt connection?
Absolutely no doubt in my mind that it will. And we’ll ALL benefit from that.
